STOPER Guild & Alliance Forum Rules and Guidelines

A. General Posting Guidelines
1. All information must be posted in proper English and should not be spelled in shortcuts. The proper English here does not include texting (SMS) language style or using numbers.
2. Before you post a topic, please make sure that your topic has not been posted before. Use 'search' tool to help you with this.
3. When you post your question or your topic, please use words that describe your topic best. Avoid using capital letters, colors, and bold words.
4. Do not write spam messages or off-topic posts. This include using only smilies in the post. Posts like these will be deleted immediately. Further action could result in warning or banning.
5. You may not post on behalf of a suspended or banned member.
6. Racial remarks, harassment, adult material, nudity, violence, illegal drugs, pornography, and other illegal contents are strictly prohibited. Further action would result in banning.
7. You can only bump your topic/thread every 5 days, if you have less than 10 posts. This rule applies to every part of the forum.

B. User Guidelines
1. Do not make double account. One person is enough with one account. Contact the administrators of the board if you have problems with your account.
2. Account user name should not contain racial remarks, harassment, adult material, nudity, violence, illegal drugs, pornography, or other illegal contents.
3. You are not allowed to do any advertisements via private messaging (PM). Failure to meet this guidelines would result in warning or banning.
4. You are not allowed to do actions related to racial remarks, harassment, adult material, nudity, violence, illegal drugs, pornography, or other illegal contents. Failure to meet this guidelines would result in warning or banning.

C. Avatar Guidelines
1. You can use any picture for your avatar, as long as it doesn't contain racial remarks, harassment, adult material, nudity, violence, illegal drugs, pornography, or other illegal contents.
2. The minimum size for your avatar picture is 20 x 20 px and the maximum size for your avatar is 140 x 140 px.

D. Signature Guidelines
1. You can use any picture for your signature, as long as it doesn't contain racial remarks, harassment, adult material, nudity, violence, illegal drugs, pornography, or other illegal contents.
2. You can put words for your signature, as long as it doesn't contain racial remarks, harassment, adult material, nudity, violence, illegal drugs, pornography, or other illegal contents.
3. The size of images in your signature is not limited, however, please avoid using huge pictures for signatures to make the loading process of the page faster.
4. The characters used for your signatures must not exceed 500 characters.

E. Advertising Guidelines
1. You can only bump your advertising topic every 5 days, if you have less than 10 post and if you have more than 10 post you can bump your thread every 12hours. An anti-double post MOD will merge your posts if you post during 12-hour period.
2. You are not allowed to promote racial remarks, harassment, adult material, nudity, violence, illegal drugs, pornography, or other illegal contents.
3. You can only post an advertisement topic for your site in "Advertising Section".
4. You must provide a valid and safe link in your advertisement topic. Failure to meet this guideline would result in closure and removal of the topic.

F. Warning Guidelines
Rapid Advertise warning system starts with a warning.If a member breaks the guidelines above, he will receive a warning from the administrators.Two warnings would result in banning. However, under certain circumstances, the administrators of the board may go straightly to banning. You may or may not be notified of these user moderation actions.

Warnings: On this forum, depending on the gravity of the rules that you break, you will notice one of the following images on the "warning level" on your profile:

STOPER Guild & Alliance Forum Rules 2_warn10 - You have 2 warnings

STOPER Guild & Alliance Forum Rules Seario10 - You have a serious warning

STOPER Guild & Alliance Forum Rules Banned10 - You are banned

Also note that warnings are adding up on your profile and you will get banned if you:
- Receive 3 warnings
- Receive 1 warning + a serious warning
- Receive 2 warnings + a serious warning
- Receive 2 serious warnings
- If you spam you will be banned on the spot without any warning

All bans and warnings are permanent.
